I’ve had a plan to do a Patti Pocket Skirt culotte hack since one of my testers suggested it back before it even launched! In the past couple years the culotte trend is still alive and kicking so I thought I would finally make that idea a reality!
For my culottes, I did some fun color blocking using a variety of cotton twills from Fabric.com. I went with an analogous color scheme (which I learned is my favorite color combo thanks to the color queen Katie Kortman) in warm tones and I just LOVE the combo all together.
HOT TIP: For a cohesive look when color blocking the Patti Pocket skirt or culottes, make sure the waistband is cut in a fabric that is used on both the front and back.
