This post has been too-long coming! I’m so proud of all of the versions of the Audie Playsuit that my sweet pattern testers have made. I can’t wait to share them with you any longer!
Aims
Aims made View A in a beautiful speckled mauve linen. They really enjoyed the interactive elements of the instructions.
Abigail
Audie is really fun in a print, but I also love how stunning and chic she can be in a solid. Abigail chose mustard (my favorite!) and it looks beautiful on them!
Becca
I love love love Becca’s combination of View A and View C in a dark floral. Something about deeper colors in a floral print really dresses up a garment while keeping it fun!
Erin
It is always a joy to have Erin test for me! Erin persevered through a difficult choice of fabric and you wouldn’t even know if from the result. Her solid linen/rayon blend Audie looks chic and comfortable!
Faith
Faith opted for a wearable muslin combining View B and C. No, she’s not one of those immaculately clean people (or maybe she is!?) she actually plans on dyeing it!
Jackie
Jackie looks colorful and ready for summer in a floral View C Audie. She opted to gather her peplum instead of doing the pleats and the result is equally adorable!
Julia C
Can you even believe how adorable this View B and C combination is from Julia!? They even made their hat! And to top it off that fabric has been spotted on the show Marvelous Mrs. Mazel!
Julia T
I love how Julia played with the stripe direction in this View B and C combo! A lot of great View B and C mash-ups in this round up – I really need to make one!
Kipp
Kipp looks so fun in a wearable muslin out of vintage floral. Kipp is one of my taller testers at 5’6″ and added length to suit their longer frame.
Kirsten
Kirsten always takes the best photos! How fun is this View A and C combo in a vintage car print!? Would you believe Kirsten has now made THREE Audie Playsuits!?
Kten
Kten looks so sassy in this beautiful purple print View B Audie. Purple is not a color I ever go for but their gorgeous version is making me second guess that!
Lisa
My sweet friend Lisa actually refashioned this View B & C combo from a thrifted dress! She used a contrast scrap of floral print cotton to fill in the front piece that she didn’t quite have enough fabric for and I actually LOVE how the color blocking turned out!
Madaline
Can you spot how Madaline used the border on this fun print to their advantage on the pants hem! Such a creative use of this printed cotton!
Tammy
How stunning is Tammy‘s View A in this dotted chambray fabric!? Tammy is another one of my taller testers that made a few simple adjustments to get the fit just right!
Tracey
I love love love this abstract print that Tracey chose for their Audie! Tracey said they feel “comfortable but chic” in their new Audie Playsuit!
Additional Thanks:
I have to also give a shoutout to a few testers who didn’t have final photos to share but were immensely helpful in the testing process. Special thanks to Julia K, Suzanne, Rudy, Kelly, Jennier, & Julia F.
