Hello, friends! I’m so excited to share my latest fabric haul with you. This one’s extra special because it’s from Girl Charlee, a beloved fabric company that recently closed its doors. While it’s sad to see them go, I couldn’t resist snagging some amazing deals during their closeout sale.
In this post, I’ll walk you through the fabrics I picked up, my initial thoughts, and what I’m planning to make with them. Plus, I’ve included the video where I unbox everything, so you can see my genuine reactions and hear all my sewing ideas firsthand.
What’s in the Haul?
I managed to grab a mix of fun and versatile knits, all at an incredible $2-3 per yard! From cozy waffle knits to bright cotton spandex prints, these fabrics are perfect for the transitional wardrobe pieces I’ve been wanting to sew. Some highlights include:
– A cherry red heart-print double-brushed jersey
– A rust waffle knit for cozy loungewear
– A clip-dot rayon blend with the most amazing texture
I’ve been gravitating toward soft, comfortable fabrics lately, and this haul really delivers. I even share some tips in the video about how I plan to organize and catalog these fabrics in my Trello board—a system I swear by for keeping my stash in check!

What’s Next?
After pre-washing these beauties, I’ll start brainstorming projects. Think long-sleeve tops, basic tees, and maybe even a wrap dress or two. I’d love to hear your thoughts—what would you make with these fabrics? Let me know in the comments below!
Thanks for stopping by, and happy sewing! 🧵✨
