This one has been up on youtube for a while and is already linked in your instruction book but I wanted to repost in hear in case you missed it.
The most important thing to remember about hand sewing a blind hem is that you are moving backwards. For instance, I sew left handed. Normally that would mean I sew from left to right, but when I am blind hemming I sew from right to left.

This hand sewn blind stitch is the most appealing In appearance and easiest by method that I have seen. I’m 60, have sewn many, so I’m amazed and surprised. Thank you for the efforts in sharing and posting. I found it through an Internet search.
